Fill in the appropriate fields for each new line item, skipping any information that is not relevant e.g. code
In the example below, more than one location is used by the practice, sopricing is set independently at each location.
You might be wondering: "Why are my ICD 10 codes on my line items?" The ICD 10 code column appears in the line items simply because it is set up for your invoice columns, you do not need to add one in the line item set up
You can add or edit the columns for line items that show on your invoices, for example, adding a dedicated column for NAPPI codes.
Select 'Edit columns'
A window will pop up where you can click '+Add column' or change the order of the columns by dragging the bar on the right side of each column
