Bookem allows your clients to upload files through sendable forms. This can be useful for virtual consultations where the client's documents or reference images for their concern can be added.
1. Set up the form to collect file uploads:
Go to Forms > Sendable and locate the form you’d like clients to add files to
Click ‘Edit’ to open the form
To add a new form field, click ‘+Add’ and scroll down to find the ‘Upload’ form field
Now, set the limit for the number of files that can be uploaded by clicking on the drop-down
You can edit the label name too
Remember to click 'Save'
2. Send the form to your client:
Send the form manually from the client profile:
or from Forms
Alternatively, you can set it to be sent via automated messages
Note: This form field can’t be linked to client profile fields, which means the uploads will stay in the form. The size limit is per file is 10 megabytes.
Additional tips:
Use clear and concise instructions in the form to guide clients on uploading files.
Consider providing examples of the types of files that can be uploaded.
Test the form before sending it to clients to ensure that the file upload feature is working correctly.
