If you contact us via our help channels, we might ask you to send us a screenshot or screen recording of an issue you're experiencing to better assist you.
Using your phone's camera, record a video or take a photo and mail or Whatsapp that to the Bookem team
Alternatively, capture a screen recording by following these steps
Go to your device settings. Navigate to the Control Center, then tap screen recording
Open the Control Center, tap, then wait for the three-second countdown
To stop recording, open Control Center, tap on the red status bar at the top of the screen, then tap 'stop'
To find your recording, go to photos and elect your screen recording
On an iPhone with Face ID: Simultaneously press and then release the side button and volume up button.
OR
On an iPhone with a home button: Simultaneously press and then release the Home button and the side button or Sleep/Wake button (depending on your model).
Tap the screenshot in the lower-left corner, then tap 'done'
Choose 'Save to photos', 'Save to files'. You can now view your screenshot it in the Screenshots album under photos, or in the All Photos album if iCloud Photos is turned on in Settings > Photos
Open the screen that you want to capture
Press the power and volume down buttons at the same time
If that doesn’t work, press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Then tap 'screenshot'.
If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
Find your screenshot
Open your phone's Gallery app and navigate to the Screenshots folder.
Swipe down twice from the top of your screen
Tap Screen record
You might need to swipe right to find it
If it's not there, search 'Screen record'
Choose what you want to record and tap 'start'. The recording will start after the countdown
To stop recording, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the screen recorder notification
Find screen recordings
Open your phone's Photos app
Tap Library > movies or videos
