Groups help you organise team members and other resources so they can be easily assigned to services This makes it easier to manage staff changes and gives clients the option to book based on availability or preference
A resource is any person, team or item that can be used to provide a service This might include:
A team member
A whole team
A room
A piece of equipment
Groups let you:
Manage staff coming and going more easily
Let clients choose from a group based on availability or preference
Organise by department, skill set or location
Click the Groups button in the top right
Click + New resource group
Enter a name for the group
Select the team members or resources to include
Toggle Don't show the dropdown for this group to clients to ON, if you want it hidden
Click Create
Click the Groups button in the top right
Click the group name
Make your changes
Click Save
Go to Settings > Team members
Open the team member profile
Scroll down to Associated groups
Select the relevant group(s) from the drop down
Save
Once you’ve created a group, link it to services where needed:
Go to Settings > Services
Click on a service to edit or create a new one
Under Team member and/or resources required, select the group
Click Save
When booking or managing resources, you can quickly filter by group in the calendar
Click Resources above the calendar to see the drop-down of grouped resources
In the image below, there are two groups - Biokineticists and Physiotherapists.
