All about documents

With Bookem’s Document feature, you can easily create and send professional and medical documents by using pre-set or customised document templates. 

Creating documents 

You can create various types of documents, including:

  • Clinical/treatment notes

  • Referral letters

  • Sick notes

  • Prescriptions

  • Post-consultation programs and plans (e.g., eating plans, rehab programmes)

Documents can be created from within the client profile or from the Documents tab in the main menu. You can use a template or start with a blank document. Learn more here.

Customise your documents 

You can add various fields to a document form:

  • Text fields: Short and long text entries

  • Drop downs: Linked to data lists

  • Checkboxes: Select multiple options

  • Multiple choice: Select one option

You can also add diagrams, images, tables, or charts to annotate progress reports or questionnaires.

Insert forms into a document

Just open your document and click '+Insert > Forms' and choose the relevant form

Once you have completed the document, simply click on the arrow and hit ‘Send’.
