How to copy ICD-10 codes for various line items on an individual invoice

Bookem allows you to copy ICD-10 codes from one line to the next within an invoice, saving you time and effort.

Here's how:

  • Open the invoice by going to Accounts> Invoices or navigating to the 'Account' tab in the client profile

  • When editing an invoice, enter the ICD-10 code in the designated field/column for the first line item if it's not already added

  • Now, click '+Add line item'

  • ICD-10 codes should automatically be replicated to the subsequent lines by clicking ' +Add line item'

  • You can review and adjust the ICD-10 codes as needed for each line item

  • Remember to save the changes to the invoice
