In Bookem, you can tailor your invoices to match your business branding and preferences. This includes adding essential details such as:
Business name, address, and logo
Practice number and banking details
Tax information and online payment options
Within the Payments & invoicing section, you can also:
Choose between a 'business-wide client account' or 'separate accounts per location' (for multi-location businesses)
Set payment terms, such as invoice due dates (e.g. 7 days)
Customise client fields, including medical aid details and invoice numbers

Choose between 'Maintain business-wide client accounts' or 'Maintain separate client accounts for each location'
If your trading name and logo differ from your business name and logo, add them here:
4. Select your payment terms from the Bill due drop down
5. Add your address and contact details. Click 'Copy from location' to use the details from your location setup
6. Add your practice number and tax number (if relevant) under 'Additional business information'
When generating an invoice, Bookem will automatically include the client’s name and address from their profile. If you need additional details - such as medical aid information or ID numbers - you can add them here, in Additional client information
Use the # symbol to access a list of available variables and select the ones you need
ID/ passport number
Date of birth
Medical aid name
Medical aid membership number
Medical aid plan
Add a sign off in your invoice footer, your payment details will be set up separately
To display your payment methods on invoices:
Set up your preferred payment methods
Once added, these will automatically appear at the bottom of your invoices.
NB. The payment link is unique for every invoice, this allows for automatic reconciliation of payments
