Can I view reports separately for each practice location?

Yes. All reports in Bookem can be filtered by location, allowing you to view data for one practice location at a time. This is useful if you work at various sites/ rooms or practice sites and need location-specific insights.

⚠️ Note: Reports are only visible to team members with Admin rights.

How to filter reports by location

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports from the main menu
2. Toggle to Overview, Invoices or Payments
   -In Overview: Toggle the location filter in the top right corner
   -For Invoices or Payments: Open the report you would like to view or create a new one
3. Locate the 'Filter' at the top right of the report
4. Select the relevant location from the dropdown menu
5. Apply the filter

The report will update to show data only for the selected location.

You can change the location filter at any time to compare performance across different practice sites.
