If a client has filled in a form, you can download a PDF copy directly from Bookem to share, print, or save for your records.
From a booking:
1. Open the booking on your calendar
2. Click the client’s name to open their profile
3. Navigate to the 'Forms' tab
4. Locate the form and click the PDF icon to open and save it as a PDF file
From Forms:
1. Go to Forms in the main menu
2. Click the three-dotted kebab menu next to the relevant form
3. Click 'View responses' to see all client form submissions
4. Find the client’s submission by looking for their name
5. Click the PDF icon next to the client name to open and save it as a PDF file
Hidden fields are excluded from exported or printed forms. To override this and include everything (regardless of form settings):
Follow these steps:
1. Go to Forms
2. Click the three-dotted kebab next to the form name
3. Select 'View responses'
4. Find the client’s submission by looking for their name
5. Click the kebab menu
Click 'Generate PDF with hidden fields'
This option forces all fields, even those marked as hidden, to appear in the exported PDF
