To manage client notifications, go to: Settings > Message templates
Here you will find a list of message templates for sending emails and SMSs with automations or manually. This article is about sending messages with automations.
Bookem provides a set of default automated messages to handle common booking-related tasks.
This means that a message template is already set up and linked to an automation.

For video call services:
Follow-up reminders are typically used for messaging clients after their last booking has ended. For example, you could send a reminder after a rehab session to remind the client to book another session with you in two weeks.
Two other examples of follow-up reminders are Surveys and Recalls.
Bookem gives you the flexibility to send any type of message you need. Just create the message template and link it to an automation with a defined trigger (eg. booking status change).
