How can I see how busy each team member is

Yes. The Overview tab in Reports includes Booking trends, which show the number of bookings or hours per service type for a selected month.

This helps you identify which services are most frequently booked and how demand changes over time.

⚠️ Note: Reports are only visible to team members with Admin rights.

How to view service popularity per month

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports from the main menu
2. Stay on the Overview tab
3. Select the relevant month
4. Select the relevant Location
5. You'll see which service is most popular under 'Booking trends'
6. Toggle between bookings and hours to see the relevant data displayed
7. Select the specific team member

The Booking trends section will show you monthly statistics for the selected team member:

• The number of bookings per service type, or
• The number of hours spent per service type
