Steps to set up automatic form sending
- Create the form you want to send in Forms
- Go to Settings > Automated messages
- Click New reminder or edit an existing one
- Choose the service, location, and team member or resource
- Under occurrences of bookings, select any booking or first booking
- Choose the form you want to send
- In the message box, type # and select the form you want to send from the list
- Edit the message text to include a short note to the client, then save your changes
