How to attach files to automated messages

You can attach files to automated email messages in Bookem. This is useful if you want to send a document automatically when a message is triggered.

File attachments are supported for emails only. Attachments are not supported for SMS messages.

Attach a file to an automated email

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings > Automated messages
2. Open an existing automated message, or create a new one
3. In the message window, scroll down to the section below the email content labelled Email attachments
   
4. Click 'Attach file'
5. Select the file from your device and upload it
   The maximum file size is 10 MB per file.
6. Click Save
   

The file will now be included in all email notifications sent by that automated message.
