Bookem’s AI Assist can generate a concise summary of a client’s information directly from their profile. It's useful for quick review, report prep, or overview without reading all notes.
Here's how
Follow these steps:
Go to the Client profile
Next to the client’s name, click the AI icon (stars)
AI Assist will open and run a pre-populated prompt using all context, and automatically generates a client summary
Once the summary is generated, you can:
Use the summary as is
Ask AI Assist follow-up questions
Attach additional context to refine the output
Request changes or additional detail
Copy any part of the text to use in documents or notes
Tips
The summary is based only on information already recorded in the client profile and notes
You can interact with AI Assist to adjust tone, length, or focus depending on your needs
