How to manage multiple businesses using a single Bookem login

Some Bookem users manage multiple businesses on the platform. To avoid constant logins, you can effortlessly switch between them without signing in again using one login.

Set up access for a team member

  • Invite them to join your business by adding them as a new team member

  • Go to Settings > Team members

  • Click '+ New team member' in the top right

  • Make sure to use the same email address as their current Bookem login

  • Fill in their details and send the invitation

  • Choose their access level as either Admin or Standard access

Once they have accepted the invite, the team member will be able to switch between businesses they’re associated with using the same login credentials.

If you already have multiple logins for seperate Bookem accounts, do not fear.
