How to view the history of a booking

You can see the key activity history of any booking directly from the calendar. This includes when the booking was created, who made it (client or team member), and any changes made since then.

To access booking history

  • Go to the Calendar

  • Find and click on the booking you want to review

  • Scroll down to the Booking history section to view all tracked activity

The booking history does not include reminders or messages. To see those:

  • Go to the client's profile

  • Click on the Messages tab to view all reminders and communications related to their bookings
