If you're exporting invoices for payroll and notice that some of them are missing associated team members, here's how to fix it.
Invoices that do not have an associated booking will not have a team member listed when you export for payroll. Bookem uses the team member associated with the booking to identify who delivered the service.
To ensure the correct team member appears on the payroll export:
Find the invoice that is missing a team member
Check if a booking is linked to that invoice
If no booking is linked, locate the correct booking for that service
Link the booking to the invoice
The team member on that booking will now be reflected in the invoice and export
This ensures all payroll reports accurately show who delivered each service.
