How to use the booking link variable in automated messages

Bookem allows clients to access their booking details through personalised links inserted in automated messages.

How to insert booking links into automated messages

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Message templates

2. Open the automated message you'd like to add the booking link to

3. Insert the variable by typing ‘#Link to booking’ 

4. When a client clicks on their booking link, it will show them all the details regarding their booking, including:

• The service name
• Date of booking
• Time of booking
• Location address
• Google map with directions as per your location set up
• Contact details
• Clients can also add their booking to their calendar if they choose to
