How can clients view their upcoming bookings?

If a client asks "When's my next appointment?" - Bookem has a simple, automated way for them to check. Clients with multiple bookings may lose track of dates, but they can easily request a list of upcoming appointments without needing to contact you directly

This feature helps reduce back-and-forth messages and ensures your clients stay informed and organised

How clients can check their upcoming bookings

To receive a list of upcoming bookings, clients just need to:

  • Send a blank email to mybookings@bkm.app

  • Important: The email must be sent from the same address used for their client profile in Bookem

Once they do, Bookem will automatically email them a list of all future appointments linked to that email address

What your clients will receive

The email will include a full list of upcoming bookings, with session dates, times, and any other relevant booking information.

This is especially useful for clients who:

  • Have regular weekly or monthly sessions

  • Book multiple appointments at once

  • Need quick access to their schedule
