Where to manage your client’s account

You can manage a client’s account directly from their profile. This is where you view invoices, record payments, create new invoices, and send statements.

Here’s how

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the client’s profile
  2. Click the Accounts tab

This section gives you a full overview of the client’s billing activity

What you can see in the Accounts tab

Within the Accounts tab, you can:

  • View all invoices issued to the client
  • See recorded payments
  • Check the status of each invoice

Invoice statuses include:

  • Open – The invoice has been issued and is awaiting payment
  • Paid – Payment has been allocated to the invoice
  • Voided – The invoice has been cancelled and is no longer active

You can click on any invoice to open and review it.

  • Create an invoice
  • Edit an invoice
  • Send invoices to clients and third parties
  • Record a payment
  • Create a credit
  • Create a statement
  • Send statements to clients and third parties

Managing accounts from the client profile keeps all billing activity linked to the correct client and easy to access.
